  • Custom and bespoke pieces are crafted to your specifications. Once your order is confirmed, design changes may not be possible without additional charges and/or timeline extensions. Cancellations are discouraged, once materials are sourced and work has started, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Timelines for completion will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch ready-to-wear items within 2-3 days. Bespoke items will be shipped upon completion.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. SJLCouture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
